PrimeSol Edu Consulting does not offer returns on digital products or services such as certifications, courses, or training programs. Please ensure you review the course or certification details before purchase.

Refund Policy

  1. Refunds are only provided under the following circumstances:
    • If the course or certification is cancelled by PrimeSol Edu Consulting.
    • If the customer is unable to access the service due to technical issues on our end and we are unable to resolve them within 7 business days.
  2. No refunds will be issued for incorrect or incomplete customer information provided during registration.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Cancellations are permitted only if requested within 24 hours of purchase, provided the service has not been accessed or utilized.
  2. If the service has already commenced (e.g., access to digital content or classes), cancellations will not be accepted.
